Somatic Healing
Listening to where emotions live in your body.
Somatic healing recognizes that trauma and emotions are stored in our physical body, not just our mind. It involves tuning into bodily sensations, tensions, and energy patterns to release what's been held there.
Real-Life Example:
"I notice my chest feels tight whenever I think about that relationship. Through somatic work, we explore what my chest is holding and help it finally release that old pain."
Nervous System Regulation
Helping your body return from stress into calm.
Your nervous system can get stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode. Regulation means teaching your body how to return to a state of safety and calm, where healing naturally occurs.
Real-Life Example:
"After years of anxiety, your body forgot how to truly relax. We work together to remind your nervous system what safety feels like."
Triggers
Moments that remind your body of past pain.
Triggers aren't weakness - they're your body's way of protecting you based on past experiences. Understanding and healing triggers helps you respond rather than react.

Inner Child Healing
Caring for the younger part of you that still longs for safety.
The hurt, scared, or abandoned child within you still needs attention and healing. Inner child work involves connecting with these younger parts with love and understanding.
